Perpetrator of Death Threat Emails

Wisconsin Teacher Charged with Two Felonies

April 1, 2011

Whoops! The American Pravda has forgotten to report about the Wisconsin teacher in trouble for making death threats toward Scott Walker and some of his fellow Republican legislators. Imagine that. After all the blathering about political discord since the Arizona shooting, isn’t a death threat against a governor worthy of reporting? Not if it was made by a liberal union member, it isn’t.

What do you wanna bet this woman is still in the classroom? Would you want her “educating” your child?

Read from the American Thinker:

An early childhood teacher has been charged with making threats over the internet toward Wisconsin Governor Scott Walker and other GOP lawmakers.

Milwaukee Journal-Sentinel:

Katherine R. Windels of Cross Plains was named in a criminal complaint filed in Dane County Criminal Court.

According to the criminal complaint, Windels allegedly sent an email threat to State Sen. Robert Cowles (R-Green Bay) March 9. Later that evening, she allegedly sent another email to 15 Republican legislators, including Senate Majority Leader Scott Fitzgerald (R-Juneau).

The subject line of the second email was: “Atten: Death Threat!!!! Bomb!!!” In that email, she purportedly wrote, “Please put your things in order because you will be killed and your families will also be killed due to your actions in the last 8 weeks.”

I hope you have a good time in hell,” she allegedly wrote in the lengthy email in which she purportedly listed scenarios in which the legislators and their families would die, including bombings and by “putting a nice little bullet in your head.”

According to the criminal complaint, Windels told investigators “I sent out emails that I was disgusted and very upset by what they were doing.”

Asked if she intended to follow through on any of her threats, Windels told the investigators “No,” according to the complaint.’

She was charged with two felonies carrying a three year sentence and $10,000 fine. Wonder if the union will pay?

Liberty Action Report ALG April 1 2011

Dear Liberty Activist,
Wisconsin Governor Scott Walker’s victory, rolling back collective bargaining powers for public sector
union pension and health care benefits, is in danger. Wisconsin Supreme Court Justice David Prosser
is being challenged in an election on April 5, and the outcome may ultimately determine whether the
law remains in effect or is struck down, no matter how specious the arguments against
implementation. Please read the following message from blogger Ace of Spades about what you can
do: Donate to Help Justice Prosser!

National Review is sounding the alarm bells — this is the left’s first attempt to litigate the 2010
election.

It is important that conservatives nationwide make this campaign their own. What is at stake in Wisconsin is
not just one piece of legislation or one bill restoring a measure of sanity to the state budgeting process. The
question to be answered in Wisconsin is: Who works for whom? Do the public employees work for the
citizens, or are the citizens mere cattle to be disposed of at the pleasure of the bureaucrats and their union
bosses? Every arrow in the quiver — court cases, judicial elections, recall, lawsuits, lies, libels, and brute
thuggery — will be thrown at this case, along with lots of money derived from the union dues that state and
local governments helpfully deduct from their employees’ paychecks on the unions’ behalf. Wisconsin may
seem an unlikely battleground, but a line must be drawn, and this is the place to draw it.
You can’t donate to Justice Prosser, but, you can donate to two groups running ads in his
favor: The Wisconsin Club for Growth and Wisconsin Manufacturers & Commerce.

Dane County Circuit Judge Maryann Sumi has gone back to her order to stop Gov. Scott Walker’s union bill and rewritten it in an effort to assist unions and Democrats (including her Democratic Operative son) continue to ride the gravy train at the expense of the taxpayers.

The Stealth Class War

Our class war is no different from other class wars throughout history. The contest which matters is the contest between the ruling class and the citizens who desire to live in freedom…

Public sector unions along with many of their private sector counterparts/allies foster this problem and all the while do so by playing both sides of the fence.

Now the Left Opposes (!) Confrontational Tactics

Now the Left Opposes (!) Confrontational TacticsWritten in 2009 way before the Wisconsin public sector union battles; what has since transpired there and in other parts of the country, well proves the point in this article.
I’ve seen a lot of political hypocrisy in my lifetime, but the Left griping about confrontational tactics has got to be some kind of record. Of course, leftists have no problem with strong-arming when they do the strong-arming…

Stealth Expansion of Government Power

We’re experiencing a fundamental shift in national priorities – in the form of a rapid and pervasive expansion of government power over the private sector of the economy…

and of course government employee unions are playing a major role!

The Meaning of Federalism

The Meaning of FederalismAnd where does public sector unions and public sector collective bargaining against the people fit into this system? It doesn’t!
The Founders devised what was essentially a new system of government. It has come to be called federalism.
